Through LBV services, families will gain supports to:
playful connections and positive discipline,
intention into parenting, and
together in building resilient homes.
As an educator, I know the importance the role the family has in a child's life. When I became a mom, is when I truly realized the amount of energy it takes to parent children- the joys, and the challenges.
Love is the foundation in the home AND it takes continuous practice to grow as a family unit- mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. With LBV classes, workshops, events, support circles, or coaching you'll build your parenting capacity for when your motivation is both high and low while also being a part of an intimate community.
I'm here to support you on your parenting journey to become a confident caregiver and enjoy parenthood!
Let's cultivate love AND grow together!
